Our recent stay at Drury Inn & Suites Middletown Franklin was exceptional. the staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a fun experience during check-in, especially Mr V, who made our stay memorable. the hotel was clean, paying close attention to detail and focused on service. the room was just what we needed, with a quiet bedroom separated by a door from the living area, and a pull-out queen sofa sleeper. We enjoyed the fresh and free hot breakfast every morning and the free 5:30 Kickback® in the evening, which definitely tamed our growling stomachs. the rotating menu of hot food and drinks served every day was a delightful treat. the hotel's amenities such as the outdoor pool and hot tub made our stay even more enjoyable. the location, next to restaurants and stores, made it convenient for us to explore the area. We will definitely be returning for another stay in the future.
